- The item must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Custom grills or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. Return Process

3. Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: If eligible, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned product is received and inspected.
